Hi Lydia - it looks like your package is at your local post office available for pickup. I have no idea why it wasn’t delivered to you; this has never happened for any of my sales across any platform! I hope you’re able to retrieve it soon, I’m so sorry for any inconvenience - I wish there was something I could do - I feel so helpless in this.
