I should also mention that the inside color of the purse online is pink, and the one I received is dark and as mentioned before, the insert middle compartment is missing.

I'm also sad that things didn't turn out as you had expected from your helper, but I'm willing to work with you based on your sincerity. PoshM is already sending me a return label so I think best if you contact them and tell them your willing to refund me $15.00 if I keep the purse.
