beachbumvb Hi! Welcome to PM!! You have a great closet. I love the variety of items at all different price points. I was saddened to see that no one had greeted you yet..but then thought that you might have just made this post. Or, probably more likely, everyone thinks that you have been here a while due to the number of items you have listed..

beachbumvb And more incredible is the number of items you have sold in just one month! Only bit of advice I have for you is to make sure that your cover photo shows the entire item. You have done that for most of your items, but you have a few that just looking at them a buyer can’t tell if it is a top or dress. Since that cover photo and short description is all people see when it is shared, and you want them to stop scrolling and to click on your item you don’t want them to have to guess what it is.

beachbumvb I always tell new Poshers to make that photo count. Then in the Description keep it to the point: NWT (only if item is new) Brand Item Type/ ex: NWT Free People Dress. You only get a quick second to grab the buyer’s interest. My next bit of advice is to find closets that you absolutely love and mimic them. Although you are way ahead of most of us, so we will be looking at you too😘. Good luck, if you have any questions feel free to ask me.

We share a passion for Girl Meets Glam which brings us together and makes it easy to get to know one another. mariebijou @beachbumvb I’m still working on finding the best method for capturing my closet items as a jumpsuit is not as easy to photograph as a dress but hopefully I will figure it out. I still consider myself rather new to Poshmark as it’s been only a few weeks since I started

mariebijou @beachbumvb I will definitely work on descriptive titles. I’m used to Etsy where more words in a title is best so I will be doing some editing on here in hopes it will help with selling

beachbumvb @mariebijou ahh, ETSY. That makes sense. I was pretty sure that you had some online platform selling experience. Because you are on fire!! Jumpsuits and maxi dresses are the hardest to photograph IMO. I have tried a few different ways, and find the best is to see if I can get a stock photo of the model wearing it. I search everywhere in hopes of finding one.
