@lexiyak I just figured out how to check these messages. What can we do about the size mistake. It’s a pretty expensive dress considering it’s not going to fit. I really don’t want to have to go to the post office either right now to return it with this pandemic. Could you issue a partial refund since the mistake was on your end please?

You bought the dress on June 4th.
I went to pack it and ship it the next day on June 5th and realized the sizing was off. I then messaged you right away. You didn’t respond. I was willing to cancel the transaction but got no communication on your end.

On June 7th Poshmark sent me a message saying I have to ship the item. This has happened to me before both as a seller and a buyer when I made the mistake of listing the wrong size and others have done which was quickly resolved by both of us communicating.

Once I already sent you the item you then responded on June 11. By that time the dress was already at your house and you weren’t picking it up from the Usps as they have left you numerous notes saying to pick it up because there was no safe place to leave it.

I am unsure what happened after that. Poshmark said the dress was delivered and funds were released.

@lexiyak Wow, I didn’t even get any notifications, as the post office leaves most packages at my door.
Is there a tracking number so I can inquire about it at my local post office?

@lexiyak Hi, the USPS said the dress was returned to sender because I never picked it up from the Post Office. You should have received it by now.
