defmaybeokay Hi Lynda, I purchased your Marni coat. When I received the coat I noticed how bulky and clumped together parts were, particular around the bottom and back. I took it to be dry cleaned/pressed with no luck. A dry cleaner & tailor both told me the coat must have been washed because the lining has shrunken and that’s why it bunches. Nothing can be done about it. It looks terrible and is unwearable as is. I really wish you had mentioned this. Adam
