lyndamaldonado @sheramorgan It was separated before I tried to zip them up. Looks life the metal piece that holds the zipper together at the bottom is missing.

almasboutique22 Hi Lynda! I just received the shoes back today and I hope you were refunded already? Again I’m so sorry for the error! Turns out these are a UK size 6.5 and US size 9! No wonder they were too big for you. I’ll make sure to be more careful when looking at sizing from now on :) Also if you’d like to shop anything else from my closet, I’ll make sure to give you an excellent deal due to the hassle of the last purchase.
