xobellezza If you were unhappy with your order you could contact me personally, as I would be happy to help. I have zero one star reviews and that coat was zipped and working. I have never sent an item that was bad out as you can see on all my other reviews and it not in my character. Considering I check all my items before sending and it worked for you since you sent a five star review and then change your review weeks later makes no sense. I will be contacting poshmark about this.

xobellezza Also the coat zips up and down. Maybe you don’t know how to use the zipper correctly ! It was zipped when I sent the coat to you. I don’t just jip people. That coat was in excellent condition and you WEEKS ago got the coat and gave me a 5 star rating then changed it to a one star. I don’t know if you are trying to purposing bash me but it’s hurtful and wrong. I take pride in what I do and you have no clue what a person is dealing with why do this ?? It’s not right.

xobellezza How could the zipper not line up if the coat was zipped when I sent it out WEEKS AGO????? The zipper zips UP AND DOWN. You probably broke it if it is not working considering like I said I CHECK ALL MY ITEMS. My mom helped me with the package and she saw with her own eyes it was zipped and working. This is so hurtful for you to do. It’s not right.

xobellezza IT WAS DECEMBER 17th YOU RECEIVED THE COAT AND GAVE A FIVE STAR REVIEW, NOW OVER A MONTH LATER YOU CLAIM THE ZIPPER DOESNT WORK, WHEN THE COAT WAS ZIPPED WORKING PERFECTLY WHEN OT WAS SENT. READ THE POLICY OF POSHMARK, YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO CHECK THE ITEMS, NOT 5 WEEKS AND CLAIM IT BROKE, YOU MUST HAVE BROKE IT THEN. DONT BASH HONEST SELLERS FOR YOUR OWN FAULTS ITS NOT RIGHT OR FAIR. PEOPLE BE WARNED BEFORE YOU ALLOW HER TO PURCHASE YOUR ITEMS!!!!!
