llkern @mimis_boutiques I already contacted Posh Support and they said as the item has been delivered there isn’t anything they can do to help. Apparently we’re on our own with this problem.

llkern Hi This not a problem for Posh to resolve. It is your mistake to fix. I purchased a pair of size 7 shoes, I received one size 8 and one size 7 shoe. As a seller it is your responsibility to correct YOUR mistake. Not Posh, not me, it is up to YOU. I have been trying to get you to correct this for weeks and I am understandably frustrated. Here are your options, you can refund the purchase price (including shipping) or you can send me what I purchased ONE PAIR of size 7 shoes. .

jflittlequail @llkern hi, I tried circling the area on one picture. It's on the bottom and where the foot joins the rest of the base. There are three feet and I'm sure it's a weak area on any ceramic where the feet or handle or spout are joined. I had not learned how to use a feature in edit to circle or point out something. Hope it there when it gets to you. I strive to be very up front on any listing and wanted to point out to you before I attempted shipping. Thanks so much for your patience.
