Hi Lynda, thank you for your purchase, the CJ backpack is wonderful and I am sure you will enjoy it. Just fyi, I have removed all outer hardware to minimize the risk for damage during shipping, everything is located in the interior compartments (emblem wrapped in tissue in very front zipper compartment, shoulder straps one each in the other two).
