Hi! I'm Lyndsay. I’m a stay-at-home Mom to my beautiful and creative daughter, Tesla, and my adorable and mischievous son, Sammy. slaport @mutherl Hi Lyndsay, I have sold over 200 items and in that time I have only had 3 requests for a return. 1 was on me, I didn't see that a zipper end was missing and the other two I can only assume the item was just not to the liking or didn't fit the buyer. I instructed Posh to accept the first return but explained to Posh why I believed the others wanted to return the item so they declined the returns and credited the money to my account without issue.

slaport @mutherl As long as you are honest about the conditions of each item and have photos showing any issues in listing, Posh will back you up.

slaport @mutherl Also, most of my buyers are new users that don't have anything or even a picture listed. Don't be concerned about that! Some people find the listings straight off google and aren't required to make an account to buy. If there ends up being a credit issue, Posh will take the hit and STILL pay you of the item was mailed.
