diane_burkett Hi Lindsey! Welcome to Posh shopping!!! I shipped your boots on the 14th and just tracked them (USPS tracking number 9405510899359394441246) And do not know why but it says "The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date. An updated delivery date will be provided when available. The item is currently in transit to the next facility as of February 18, 2018." I feel terrible that they didn't get there by this weekend!!

diane_burkett @lyndseyhall1 Lindsey, I am really worried about the condition the package is going to be in. I shipped it out on the 14th via 2 day shipping. I just tracked it again and it still says it is on its way to destination. I have no idea why it is taking so long. Please let me know the condition of the package when it does finally get there! I feel just awful that it is taking soooooo long.

diane_burkett @lyndseyhall1 Hi Lyndsey, I think your package is lost. I have been tracking and it keeps giving me notifications that it just left Jacksonville and then it just arrived at Jacksonville, etc. etc. I need to contact poshmark to see how to send you a refund. I am so so terribly sorry. I have put in a lost package report with the USPS as well.

diane_burkett I know and I have written to Poshmark. They haven't released the funds to me yet. I think if you go to your purchases and click on it there will be a place to click if there is a problem. If you do that, it may work faster than me trying to get an answer from Poshmark on the weekend. I am so so sorry!!

diane_burkett @lyndseyhall1 OK. I looked again and Poshmark put my percentage in my Poshmark acct. Monday I will send you my % + Poshmark’s % + the shipping cost you paid. I would really like to know if you ever received them since on my end it says delivered.

diane_burkett @lyndseyhall1 Please let me know if you did or did not receive the boots because I am losing way more than what I made on this sale. Poshmark takes 20% and the shipping cost. If you did not get them then I need to take this up with Poshmark.

I mailed the boots out on the 14th and the USPS tracking information confirms that. Why won't you let me know if you received them or not?

Please contact Poshmark or open another case if you have not received the boots, etc. I cannot work with you if you will not help me by answering 2 easy questions.
