rjrkbythebay Thank you for your offer on the purple UO top. I just reduced the price from $22 today to generate the discounted shipping and listed it as PRICE Firm. The discounted shipping goes away on offers less than asking price and your price would come out almost identical because reduce shipping decreases the price by $2-$3 dollars. I hope that makes sense.
