winnies_tres @nicholecpth I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I have not received a returned package. On the Customer Support page and this is what it said you'll need to do: If your order has been marked as delivered but never arrived: Go to My Purchase Select the Order Select Problems/Order Inquiry Select Order Not Delivered Please verify this info to be sure. Hopefully it will arrive today, again so sorry for this inconvenience. Please keep me posted.

nicholecpth Thank you, I will follow those steps. It certainly wasn't your fault! You shipped very promptly and I know the package arrived in my city. Plus, it's a sweater, even if it doesn't arrive until October it will still be beautiful and right on time : )
