thatssoposh77 Hi Lynette, this is a long wool cape. It does not have shoulder holes, the cape drapes over your shoulders, and has a slit on each side for you hands to go thru. There is a caplet attached over the cape which can be flipped up to cover your head. Think Weathering Heights. It will be perfect for your weather. I am 5’2” and it hits me mid calf, perfect to wear with boots or flats. That’sSoPosh77
