nettersue2 I have also contacted them. I hope I can get refunded or the transaction not process and I hope you are reimbursed as well. I see no further tracking info and unfortunately, I have not received it.

vazquezlori @nettersue2 I have been in contact with Poshmark also!! It did show something on today with the tracking! I hope it isn’t lost!! I am going to send another message to see if they know anything! I am so upset with this happening! I have never had this happen!! I will let you know what I find out! Thanks!!

So I’m still keeping my fingers crossed that your crop top is still coming!! Let me know you got this message and if you have heard anything about this order! nettersue2 So what happens if this is lost in transit? I cannot get them to respond to me about this now. They said to wait through the 12th and then they would have “a solution.” Will we both be reimbursed?

nettersue2 I have contacted Poshmark several more times and they are not responding. They said if it wasn’t received after the 12th, they would have a “solution”. It is now the 13th and I still don’t have it nor is the tracking updated since December 2nd. I would like to know what happens now.

vazquezlori @nettersue2 Hello!! This is the first that I have seen these messages!! It is still showing it was tracked yesterday!! They said they would have a solution!! I have not received any money from it!! I am brand new to this and literally have only sold like 5 items and never had any problems!! I am so irritated bcuz this crop top is the one everyone was trying to get and it seems like it’s never gonna get there!!

nettersue2 @vazquezlori the tracking I show through USPS has not updated since December 2nd. I regret using this site. They do not care at all about their customer issues. They specially said they would offer a refund if it didn’t arrive by the 12th. Now all I get is the same automated email reply stating that if it doesn’t arrive in 10 days from the last tracking (which was December 2), they would refund me. I have been charged. The money is gone from my account

nettersue2 @vazquezlori all I want is a refund of $114 so I can get my daughter something else for Christmas. I don’t think they have a solution or they would have provided it by now. It’s not fair to either of us. And there is NO WAY to reach them. NO phones numbers to be found at all.

vazquezlori @nettersue2 I will tell you that I have received no money from this sale! I have been to the post office 5x and they say that it is very slow at this time of the year. I am going back tomorrow and just sent another message to Poshmark! I will let you know if I find anything out!! I feel horrible and we both are out money!!

vazquezlori @nettersue2 I just looked the tracking number up on the USPS website and it shows today that it arrived at the Columbus Ohio Distribution Center. I am from Columbus!! So I took a picture of the information but it wouldn’t let me upload a picture into the comments. If you want to give me your email I can send it to you!! Or I can type out exactly what is said!!

vazquezlori @nettersue2 Also on the tracking when I just looked it up says it is in Indianapolis Indiana as of December 16, 2020 at 4:12pm. It says it is in transit to the destination.

vazquezlori @nettersue2 I think your going to get it today or tomorrow bcuz it’s in Indiana and honestly I stopped at the post office 7x and they told me every single time that the post office is so backed up and things are taking this long. In Columbus they are working with only 25% of their employees due to Covid!! Please let me know if you get the crop top!! Take care!!
