fashionistashop Hi Lynisha sorry deary that you received the wrong item. I do apologize for any inconvenience. I was away to lay my dad to rest who recently passed away I did not want to hold your item up so I asked someone to mail the pieces off for me, they definitely must have mixed up the sets. I reached out to the other person today after seeing your claim.

fashionistashop They have decided they will keep your set so I unfortunately will have to accept the set you have back. I am so so sorry its not an excuse but I am currently in mourning my dad's passing . I will as courtesy though whenever I get that set back which is in an order to arrive later I will send it to you as a gift FREE of charge. God Bless you.

lynisha74 Hello, sorry for my delayed response. I sent my son off to prom yesterday and have been very busy. My condolences to you for your family loss. I am quite disappointed that I was not shipped the right item. I addition, I find it hard to believe that a person can purchase and $39 necklace and decide they will not return $99 necklace, they didn't purchase (that's technically stealing). I would like to return this necklace for a refund. Thank you.

fashionistashop @lynisha74 Thank you for your response. Unfortunately these things do happen and we are not blaming anyone except myself . The other was sold elsewhere so there was obviously a mix up in shipping labels by the person assisting with shipping in my absence. I also informed Postmark Team so they can refund you immediately also. You can also keep the necklace set if you like just let me know so I can also inform Posh team.
