Hi! I'm Lynn. I'm an 🎨 artist, 🐦 birdwatcher & amateur photographer from Hinesville. I changed my lifestyle and began making healthier choices. Since May 17, 2020, i have lost over 37 lbs and am still going! BTW I'm about over 60. 🥰 I have 2 rooms of clothing that will eventually end up as listings here. Bare with me, its gonna take some time lol I went from a 239 lbs@ size 22 to presently 201.4 at 16. THIS journey is a keeper, my body loves it! (And my cardiologist does too) Blessings

bteboop64 70zgal, you are amazing. I wished I had just half of your stamina a. I was just diagnosed with Lupus so as of today, I feel like it is the end of the world. I am sure the more I educate myself, and gather a great support team, I will understand that it is probably the beginning. It sure gave my answers to a lot of questions. 70zgal @watsonlilmommy (part 1) I get most of my meal ideas from Taryn @ www.joyfilledeats.com. Her recipes are DELISH and easy! I got on her email list and she sends a recipe daily! She feeds a family of 7. kids, teens too. gluten free, sugar free, low carb. one trick that "does your body good" is to practice INTERMITTENT FASTING (16:8) don't eat for sixteen hrs (i.e. 8pm to noon next day) just drink water, tea or coffee to stay hydrated and help get ya thru to lunch.

70zgal @watsonlilmommy (part 2) Then consume about 1100-1200 calories, making healthy choices (i.e. 2-4 eggs, sweet potato instead of Idaho, cheeses, spinach or romaine instead of iceberg, chicken, fish, less red meats, low carb tortillas, protein shakes, berries, melons, greek yogurt, etc) You won't believe how well your body will respond. 💕
