@thevampirebrig I'm sorry, I'm just seeing this now...no the packaging was beautiful and great... I hate to make waves :( but these are incredibly difficult to get on, and when I tried to get the left boot on, the strap/tassel boot pull was already unattached? Making it impossible to get on without causing it to come off the boot completely.... I feel terrible, I did state that they were 100% UNworn....

@thevampirebrig I don't want to make trouble, I'll do whatever is fair..But.I would not be comfortable trying to reposh these even....Everything else was fantastic and u would/will give 5 stars Sorry about all this, just didn't know what else to do :(

@thompsonrl Oh no! I never tried them on (not my size) so I never discovered that issue. I'm so sorry for the trouble. I've never had any issues so I'm not sure what happens now. I guess we wait for posh?

@thevampirebrig I guess so...I one time received a sweater with a hole in it and had to return it, but the Posher was so sweet and already knew of the hole (her daughter shipped it by accident, thinking she was helping out) I was so nervous then too, I don't like to cause troubles :/ Thank you for understanding, we'll see what they decide, like I said I'll do whatever is fair

Hi Lynn, I just read the comment u made n regards 2 the shpmt of ur Frye cap & I appreciate your constructive criticism. I normally ship everything w great care & want u 2 b so happy when u open ur package so I feel terrible that u were not 100% pleased. If the cap is damaged in any way I can send u another that’s not exactly the same but similar. It’s also gray but a little bit lighter & also by Frye. LMK I want u 2 b happy w ur purchase & overall experience.
