lf1414 @nkathy I have a question...I went to my first Posh party today. When I went to purchase items I got an error message stating that the payment did not process, then when I went back to the order it showed sold. Now I have 5 sunglass holders I don't need. It is past 3 hours and I cannot cancel. They were all pricy items, I am freaking out

lf1414 @nkathy ok, I contacted the sellers via the page the item was on. I hope this works, I cannot afford this, and there was nothing in the error that made it seem these were going through. I am seriously freaked out

nkathy @lf1414 So you made purchases in more than 1 closet during the party and got error messages in all of them? the seller/s should be able to cancel the order as long as it hasn't already shipped ... just ask them to please cancel your order. Explain that you were getting an error message and it caused you some confusion.

lf1414 @nkathy yes all but one gave me error messages. And I contacted them and explained the situation. Hopefully they have kind hearts. Not such a great experience so far for me.

nkathy @lf1414 well I'm not sure why you got those error messages but I'm sure these gals will do what they can to cancel the orders and fix the situation for you ... no one wants an unhappy customer. Plus Poshmark will see that it gets taken care of.

nkathy @lf1414 keep communicating with the seller/s and follow up with Poshmark if you haven't heard from them in the next day or 2. They got your email so they know you need assistance. They also need to be award that there is a possible glitch so they can look into that as well. Relax it will sorted out 😊

I had canceled the order because I did not think it was fair to keep your money while I look for these items. I noticed that your offer was lower than before as well. lf1414 @sunnyrey ok, I was just wondering about that, and no I did not bid lower on purpose, I forgot what I bid, so I put what I thought I would have originally bid. I follow the poshmark directions when bidding. But to be honest I may not purchase through this app anymore. I am having issues with them over charging me, charging me before I accept the order and if I bid, I get an error stating it didn't go through, then the next day shows an accepted bid.

sunnyrey @lf1414 oh no, if that's the case you definitely need to contact Posh. I was more worried about finding your items, I am moving and some things are here and others are there. When I do find them do you still want me to inform you? I never had an issue, knock on wood, with payment. Let me know how that process is holding up👍

Which bring the 2 shorts to 20.plus dollars. If I take it at the bundles price you'll throw in the tank? Just want to make sure your not loosing money.

pamyael Hi Lynne, I sent your bundle out on the 24th and it still shows it hasnt been scanned so the package is under investigation at USPS the tracking # is 9405510899359381839889. My case # is CA136628349. Im so sorry for this delay and dont understand what happened as it was not quite 5lbs, although the other package that i shipped along with yours just now scanned today.
