Hello! good morning! You just purchased Sketcher Mary Jane shoes from me. I am in the process of packing up your shoes for shipment, however I found a defect in the shoes that I didn't notice before. the shoes are a little lighter than is shown in photos and there is a slight discoloration by the heel that I didn't notice before but you will have to stare at it to see it. I can cancel this order if you like but let me know what you would like to do. However the shoes have never been worn.

@honala all orders are able to be cancelled by THE BUYER three hours after purchase. I don’t understand. You messaged me and didn’t tell me what your purchase was and I asked you to clarify and you did not respond.

@honala you clearly did not hit the cancel button as it would have canceled the item and I would have been emailed by poshmark and the shipping label would have become invalid. I am sorry but I don’t think you were using the app correctly.
