lizp88 Hi! I put the boots you purchased from my closet in the mail on Friday Aug. 31 (the day after your purchase). It still says they are pending UPS scan :(. I’m not sure why they are not scanned and in route. The same thing happened with another item I shipped last week. This is the first time it has taken this long for the items to be scanned. Hopefully they get to you soon.
