lynn_choate @pigpoppa85 I think you have to do that as you are the buyer. The label posh mark sent me has the address you have listed with them preprinted on it. As you can see from the tracking, the package was in usps possession since a week ago. Can you call your local post office, give them the tracking information and let me know what they tell you? I am happy to help any way I can.
