peridot_s85 @valjohnhank , thanks 4 the email. Is there a way to send a photo to a buyer who purchased one of my items before I ship to them? I just noticed a small imperfection and wanted to send a photo so they can advise if they still want me to send.

valjohnhank Hi Hun! If you haven’t taken 8 pics u can add the pic & send the a message to them explaining in packaging their purchase u came across a flaw! Ex: See pic 8 for flaw If you haven’t taken 8 pics just add that pic & tell them to see pic 5 for flaws.

peridot_s85 @valjohnhank, there are 2 photos of the item on the listing. I have been talking to the buyer via comments but do not see an option to upload photos. Additionally, since the item sold, I can't edit the post. So, where is the messaging option that will allow me to send the photos?

valjohnhank @peridot_s85 Sorry for the delay, I was doing the yard! Just create an other listing w/ the pics u want the buyer to see! Title it additional pics & put that in the description. Do all the detail that are required when u get to price, make Original & listing price $0! That way it can’t be sold! Tag the buyer EX: @janedoe so it goes directly to her in a message under that newly created listing for her to see! Best of luck Hun
