@hop4 It depends on the situation. If you did a trade and didn't receive your part of the deal, there isn't too much you can do. Poshmark doesn't protect trades, so if you're scammed through one, you're basically on your own. :( Now if you buy an item on PM and there's an issue, like if it's not authentic, you have 3 days after it's delivered to contact PM Customer Service w/ supporting photos and they can refund you the money and they may send you a prepaid return label. I checked the shipping status of the louis vuitton suitcase yesterday and the post office attempted to deliver but no one was home to accept it. They left a notice on your door. If you have problems let me know

@hop4 OH ok. If you pay the $39.81 on it I will refund that amount to you. When I posted the suitcase I didn't know they only went up to 10 lbs which in my opinion is ridiculous. I paid $22.50 for a larger label but didn't realize it would cost more than that. I asked the post office about it and they said the buyer wouldn't have to pay and that poshmark would bill me. I even contacted poshmark about it, but they never got back to me. So sorry for any inconvenience.

I got a response from Tania at poshmark and she said because the funds were released they can't reverse it to do a refund. They said the buyer can contact them directly for assistance.
