bellanovella Hi, I have been waiting for my order from you and it’s been 12 days & I haven’t received it or heard from you about any updates. Can you please check with your post office as to why it stopped tracking? Thank you

lspearson1967 @bellanovella I’m so sorry this is happening. There is no excuse for the bad service the post office is giving. I’m trying to fill out a tracking form but I don’t have your address anymore. Can you send it to me? I know they will respond with the package is on its way, but delayed. My mother mailed me a priority box in July from MI to OK. It took 2 weeks. So frustrating.
