klwhiteside01 Hi there… just saw your rating on the WHBM top… was thinking I shipped that in a USPS priority box. Are you saying the box was torn up when it arrived? I’m just trying to determine what I could have done differently on my side! Thanks!

ld671 @klwhiteside01 Yes, the box was torn up on one end showing the item inside. not sure what caused that. Either being crused by a heavy box or someone ripped it off. I wished i took a picture for you but I didn’t.

klwhiteside01 @ld671 Ok so it was USPS that messed up and out of my control…I’ve never got a 3 rating and was considering that as a reflection on me. I always tape the ends of boxes to reinforce etc so was just trying to determine why I got the low rating.

ld671 @klwhiteside01 as a buyer I just rated what I received. if you didn’t give a real feedback then you wouldn’t know where the program was to improve the way of packaging such as a bag rather than a box for weather proof or being crushed by heavy containers? what rating do you want me to change it to?

klwhiteside01 @ld671 just trying to learn for future… do you use bags/envelopes more than boxes? I’ve never had a problem with the boxes in the past but wondering if I should switch to using the priority bags? Thanks for changing the rating you didn’t need to do that! ld671 @klwhiteside01 for a small item, I use bag or envelope to prevent the package being crushed or lost or wet in cold wet weather, especially at this holiday season, you might have to consider heavy loads of deliveries. I buy morel than I ship but as a customer I like to receive my items in a intact packages.
