gordongirls123 @eyecandas hi, that's really weird. I cant imagine why they would say that. We get deliveries here every day. Usually they just ring the bell but occasionally they just dump the packages right in front of my door (not the smartest thing to do in Brooklyn NY, but it seems to work). Anyway, I have no idea what they mean by "no access." This is a private house -- my front door is accessible to everyone. In fact I just got 2 poshmark deliveries today. What do you think we should do?

eyecandas Lynn, Not sure. Hopefully, they will attempt delivery again today? If you get a moment, you might possibly want to go to purchases & follow tracking on this item. I will continue to follow it myself, assist in anyway I can, & open a case with USPS if there is no progress. Sorry this happened. Candas

gordongirls123 @eyecandas it's not your fault! When our regular mail carrier delivers he always rings the bell. But these days it is sometimes other people I dont recognize Sometimes they just drop the package in front of my door and we only find the things when we step out to throw out the garbage or answer the door for another delivery!

gordongirls123 @eyecandas delivery has NOT been resolved. Received mail delivery today and no package was with it. Not sure if they're making a second round today or not. Where did you hear it was resolved? Also, I am not able to access tracking information. is there a way you could forward it to me? Thanks.

gordongirls123 @eyecandas Hi Candas, I have already looked there. That information does not include a tracking number. Do you have a tracking number for it? Btw, this has happened with a few other packages, where it says it's been delivered and then the package shows up the next day. So, I'm hoping that's what's happening here. Will let you know.

eyecandas @gordongirls123 Lynn, Once a package is delivered the tracking information & # no longer appear on sales (my end) & purchases (your end). It only lets me know that it has been delivered & is pending acceptance. Since the COVID outbreak, my packages are hand delivered to my USPS carrier & I do not get a receipt. I have had 1,221 other sales & this is the first time this has happened. Let me know if it shows tomorrow & we can take it from there. Sorry, Candas
