I received your message about the damage to the steampunk gloves. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. Can you open a case through Poshmark and I will gladly refund you?! Or I can purchase them back from you through Poshmark (and you can just keep them) if you prefer. I'm not sure how else to refund you without a claim or a purchase back.
Hopefully this can be resolved as soon as possible!

@njane2982 I guess my concern isn't about a refund, I just didn't know how to let you know there was a problem. Just know not to send these in an envelope again. My husband was able to put them back into round. I appreciate your offer but it's OK. Thank you!!
