chrisrvt Good morning. Thanks for your offer! I can lower the price to $21 which would trigger a shipping discount, so you'd get $4.99 shipping. Instead of your offer of $20 + 7.67 = $27.67 it would be $21+ 4.99= $24.99 - I will drop the price & you can go ahead & purchase. The shipping discount is applied at purchase. Is that ok?
