ktspicks Im sorry your not happy wity the purse. I dont understand how u can complain about it not being clean tho when i specificall said it NEEDS TO BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. Its not like i can throw it in the washing machine. I did spot clean as best i could. You could have returned it...U r now blocked! Next time buy it new!!!! Smh..

ktspicks @lynagn219 -How else should i react? That was a very low thing to do. I specifically stated in the description it needed to be professionally cleaned! I gave u a great deal and took that into consideration when giving it to you at that price. If you really weren't satisfied why not simply return it? There is NO COST for u to do that.I go out of my way to make customers happy!

ktspicks @lynagn219 -You could have also messaged me to work it out if you weren't happy instead of rating me poorly for something i clearly stated in the description. it was just very unfair. My rating was excellent, as i always go out of my way to make my customers happy. Hard to do though when im not given the chance to do so..:'(
