Hello Everyone , I live 10 minutes away from historical Charlottesville Virginia the home of Thomas Jefferson. In this college town I see all sorts of fashions. Although I have various sizes in my closet my specialty is Plus. Today Plus size is getting much more attention but it's still very hard to find Plus sizes at a reasonable price. Poshmark is a great place to market this particular category. I enjoy celebrating women and men of all sizes so happy Poshing to everyone.

You must follow and share others items so they can share(maybe buy a few of your items). 3rd. @lvsmoothjzz That means that they like several things in your closet and may possibly buy them or sometimes they will just put them together. Which means bundling them. They may also ask for a discount, or offer you less. If they offer you a lot less, you can counter offer. Don't negotiate a price in your comments because if they don't purchase it, nobody will pay more than that.

Now I will be sharing a whole lot to get your sales started, so don't try to match my sharing because it will be excessive. However, once the hearts start to appear for your items make sure you reach out and respond with a greeting of some sort. Could b your open to offers or thanks for the 💜. Something to make an impression on the buyer.

@lvsmoothjzz Lastly, cannot stress enough the importance of taking photos in natural light. Love the green chartreuse dress but I can't see the details due to low lighting. So if you find a spot in your house with good natural light you will see the difference in 💜💜💜 and your sales will increase. Okay enough teaching, let's get selling👍👍👍👍👍😉

That will result in more and more people taking a look at your goods. I help all new ladies, on this platform. When I first started a few ladies took me under their wings and encouraged me. Lastly always share your items in a party. Why? Because people go back and shop from parties.

@lvsmoothjzz Look at ya girl, the pics on the floor are clear and they pop. 👍👍👍👍👍. Keep up the good work. next lesson; the wood on your deck is a great backdrop. Consider doing flat lay pictures against it. When the light is just right. (Not too sunny) Lastly try not to use hangers when taking photos. Use the floor for dresses and fancy them.up with shoes jewelry and handbag. Accessories give the buyer a sense of how it should look when worn. Hope I'm not getting on your nerves.

I did change the main picture to that black cocktail dress because it was on a hanger in the original picture and I just cited to lay that one out so I totally understand what you're saying and I will probably redo it tomorrow providing the sun is shining and add the details like you suggested.

@lvsmoothjzz sounds like a great plan. Your wooden floor has great lighting also if the deck doesn't give you the desired result. Lastly (for real😀) For a white background..you can use poster boards from the dollar store. Cheap fix that reflects light perfectly👍👍👍😉

Girl, if I could give you that answer I'd be rich right now. It's really has been slow lately. I've been doing this for about two years now and it's the slowest that I can ever remember. There's really no rhyme or reason as to when a sale with occur. From experience, I can say that Thursday and Friday's are the best days for me. Also have to take into account that it's vacation season. So any extra funds are probably going toward that. However, don't give up, because the formula still works.

@lvsmoothjzz It really varies, sometimes I'm hot sometimes I hear crickets. It has been strangely slow for a while now. People are preparing for vacation now and I'm sure funds are going to that. However, don't get discouraged because the formula of probability does work. MORE shares, MORE follows = MORE sales. Now let's get something sold on here, mama :)

I thought about doing the plus size closet as well being that that's where I'm at, but it was hard to find Consignment clothes in good shape in that ., want to let you know that you are living in my part of the world. @silverfoxylady First I want to say “Thank you for all of the shares...I simply Returned the love. I agree with you in that it is very hard to find decent plus lsize clothing. My dad just gave me a bag of my aunt’s clothing because she moved in with my grandmother to take care of her. I too am a plus size gal. Got down form 2X to XL but then had to take Prednisone For a while so the weight came back. Story of my life. I have lived in Fluvana for about six years maybe eight.

I use a different app to make up the categories but as of late the app for that has been acting up. Thank goodness I don’t need any new categories right now. I will need to look that app up because I deleted it but the Live Collage is what I use to make the borders for my items.

Hello 👋! First off....everything about our transaction was 💯 % fantastic! I just wanted to mention that for some odd reason the dress hangs extremely low. Actually below my breast leaving them entirely exposed. 😂. You certainly did nothing wrong with how it was displayed and presented. It just is one of those odd things with no rhyme or reason to it. I had three packages that I needed to get together so someone could mail them for me. Now back to the signs. I use two apps one of which stopped working so I deleted it. Did I read you had Guillain-Barre Syndrome? I was attacked by it in March 2007. Still not fully recovered and probably never will be.

@sandicrain Wow, yes you did read that. I was struck with it in 2003 and then on disability in 2007 because I was then diagnosed with a chronic person. Whatever you have not recovered by this time will most likely just continue to stay status quo. My smile is crooked I blink a lot, and my toes are still numb but I think of this as my baseline now.

I also have this itch that song is inside of my body that I cannot control but I know what makes it worse so I just deal with it.! @lvsmoothjzz I believe so also, although I did have some feeling return to my right leg after ten years. I also have a droop on the right side of my face. And on my left side my eye lid sags. Odd. I was totally disabled after that as I only recovered about 80% of my abilities. Did you end up on a respirator?
I was very close but did not thankfully I am so sorry for you experience. It is a very difficult illness.

@sandicrain no I did not end up on a respirator but it was really odd because I’ve been on one twice because of my severe asthma. High to have left-sided facial weakness and so my smile is crooked but I don’t worry about it I keep on laughing and I look crazy as hell but oh well… L O L
