Hi there! I’m so so sorry, is it possible you received a mug instead of your green planter? I just received a message from the other buyer who received it. I’m so sorry to inconvenience you. I have even opened a case with posh yet but If I could bother you, I would like to make things right and send you your item. An exchange will need to take place, they’ll email you a new label. I want to make this as easy as possible, I’ll send you a second planter for the trouble! I’m so sorry !!! 😔

So I shipped the mug out last Monday. I hope the other buyer has received it. I have not received the planter yet. I will be watching for it this week and will let you know if it does not arrive.
