Hi, I keep track of all sold items so that I know when my customers receive them. I shipped this item 10 days ago via Priority mail and not sure why it is taking so long for them to deliver, other than maybe bad weather conditions. I live in Texas and we had the bad winter storm and power outages. Hopefully, you will receive the robe very soon. Thank you for your purchase.

Hi, The Polo robe still shows it at a postal facility in Philadelphia. The status has been the same for a while. I contacted Poshmark over a week ago and they said to give it until 3/6/21. Hopefully, you will get the package but it looks like it may not get to you. In that case Poshmark will intervene with a resolution.
