katiah94 @msmichelemay Hi... Just a couple of things here! 1. You put the sale sign in your bundle and PM is counting that $10 price in the total... 2. The price of the actual items you want is $35, which is what you offered and that is correct. 3. I went to accept that price but had changed the sign listing as not for sale...and now it will not let me accept. Not sure why this happened. Can you try cancelling your offer and start over again?

katiah94 @msmichelemay Oh my goodness! Those are Naturalizer's. I will need to contact Poshmark to see what they say. They usually answer within a day, two at the most. I will let you know. Did they come apart at the stitching or more like disintegrate into pieces?

katiah94 @msmichelemay Good morning. Here is what PM wrote back: ".... It looks like the funds have already been released to you for this order. Once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund." I guess that's why they give the buyer 3 full days to accept the order. Again, I'm so sorry that this happened. You cd see that they looked perfectly fine. I trust that you realize this was no fault or misinterpretation on my part.

katiah94 @msmichelemay But, I will do this for you... I've already emailed Naturalizer to see about how old these shoes are. And asked what kind of material was inside. If you can send the shoes back to me, I will see what Naturalizer will do for us. I can then offer you something else from my closet that is in the $10-15 range.

katiah94 One more thing about sending the shoes back and getting something else: You will need to pay the postage on these items. That is because they are inexpensive to begin with. This is a fluke thing that's happened and nobody's fault.

katiah94 @msmichelemay I am so sorry this is such an ordeal. But if they disintegrated like that I don't care how new or old they are - that should not happen. I've had shoes of a lesser quality brand for 20 years and they don't fall apart! I will watch for them and when received will let you know how to proceed with another choice in my closet. If you know what you want already I can put a hold on it for you.
