lumadivot88 @lynsols oh dear so sorry about that! You can use a wet cloth with a little soap and rub it clean-use a dry cloth to wipe off!

lynsols @lumadivot88 hi I kno it’s been a month since I’ve had the bag but I was wondering what you used in the bag or why the bag is so sticky bc I cleaned the bag and it’s still super sticky?

lumadivot88 @lynsols goodness I only used that bag a max of three times for my phone, credit cards, cash and lipgloss. I don’t remember it being sticky. Perhaps turn it inside out and let it soak in lots of hot water and dish soap then use a bristle brush much like a toothbrush type brush and rinse with warm water. Those cleaning agents are absolutely safe for the I side lining.
