loreena69 Do you not respond to buyers when an offers is made on an item? I was told that is the way you use the reduced/ free shipping that posh sends out notifications on. I as a buy sends you as the seller an offer. U then set up the special rate on shipping that posh has at the time as a counter offer. 😡😡
