jilliankight01 @lynziewithaz i just got off the phone with the office i dropped these off at & they said it was definitely shipped out but sometimes after the initial drop off scan no one scans it again to update the shipping. it looks like every package i shipped out for ppl monday is having this issue. :( im so sorry

msanders17 Hi! I purchased your Krewe sunglasses in June. I know this is a long shot, but do you, by any chance, have a proof of purchase? The glasses broke after just a few months and Krewe is giving me the hardest time getting them repaired (honestly their total customer service has been horrible). Just thought I would check.

You’re also not going to believe this but the ones I bought to replace those ALSO BROKE right after I bought them and the Krewe team were super difficult to work with for me too! I swore they’d be my last pair. I’m very sorry you’re having the same experience. Wish I could help more!
