larissasem Hi Lyuda, thanks for your purchase. However, I’m having an issue with this order. We moved states and I can’t locate my Poshmark items in our shipping container. I looked for it all weekend but couldn’t see it. Would you be willing to wait or would you like a refund? I’m so sorry, I apologize for the inconvenience. I did a 2 week vacation hold but I guess that wasn’t long enough. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you so much!

delarosa_deals Your item has been securely packaged and will be going out later this afternoon. As I explained in the comments I tagged you in on the listing for the item you ordered, the delay is due to your own action of accepting the order before it was sent. Because of this, I needed a new label from Poshmark, which I had to wait for. I think you rating is uncalled for considering it was your doing and not mine.

delarosa_deals I personally feel it’s a terrible flaw in the Poshmark app that a buyer is able to accept and rate an item when the label hasn’t even been scanned at the post office yet. I suggest you take your grievances up with Poshmark if you’re disgruntled with this delay, and leave a review for Poshmark on the App Store considering it is a flaw in their app that allowed this to happen, and not me, the seller.

stephanieelissa Hi Lyuda, I noticed you accepted the Eliza J dress yesterday and gave it 5 stars, and then changed your rating to 1 star and said you didn’t receive it. Did you receive the item? If you click “accept” and then rate something, it shows as being accepted and won’t show package tracking info. I am contacting Poshmark Support as I’m not sure what to do. In the future, please don’t click “accept” until you receive the item.
