hokepoke Hey There, I purchased a pair of lularoe NWT purple with pink polka dot leggings from you back in early June. The order number is 593ad39f930394c509164f43.Worn for the first time last week on Alaska vacation which I just returned from today. I wore these leggings for the first time about 10 days ago and they have a hole in the leg and the butt. Will you replace?

hokepoke sorry for the short reply, but postmark limits comments to 500 characters. It looks like you may be a lula rep. I know they had issues with some leggings having holes from their brushing process to make them soft. Would you be willing to swap these out?

missmmarket @hokepoke hi, I am sorry that happened you your leggings. Unfortunately, I am not a LuLaRoe rep and do not have another of the same print. It is my understanding that LuLaRoe's current policy permits any damage merchandise to be returned to any LuLaRoe consultant. This may be your best option due to shipping fees since I would need the damaged leggings in order to file a claim w a local consultant
