Hey! If I don’t get a new label in the next hour I’m going to cancel and we’ll just have to try again. I’m crazy fast with shipping and this will mess it up. I’m heading to the post office now to drop off a few other packages. :(

@annnnnje I too have an order from this buyer and I’m not able to print the label. I requested a new label twice and emailed Poshmark. I am waiting on a response from them but I am in the same boat… I’m not trying to mess up my shipping time record for something that is not my fault. Has this ever happened to you before? This is a first for me and I can’t help but wonder if there’s an issue with the buyers account

@voguerecycled that’s what I’m thinking. This is a first. I’m going to cancel. I’m literally sitting with other boxes bc I don’t want to make two trips to the post. My turnaround is .7 and that bc the post scans them in at a later time. My dog likes car rides! And I get coffee! ❤️🙈🤪

@annnnnje Ive stopped dropping things off at the post office because I give them to my carrier. Either way they scan very late...in the wee hours of the a.m & I am perpetually stuck at 1.6. This situation isn’t looking good… I have a feeling it’s some sort of scam going around.I wish Poshmark would get a handle on this stuff. I’ve had an influx of ppl making offers & when I accept the payment doesn’t go thru & now this. Poshmark needs to do a better job of validating payment methods

@anhloan310 maybe check your info on file to see if your address is correct? I would suggest you start there and see what happens. I reached out to some other ppl on Poshmark who suggested maybe the address isn’t on file... just a suggestion

@voguerecycled I promise no scam! I still haven’t figured the problem. I changed my address to remove the c/o for my Firm’s address. I found sooo many things— I just kept buying. So far, only you and another woman have indicated a problem. I’d change the address, but my front porch is visible from my street. I’m worried someone might take it. I’m so sorry if it seems I’m not just a regular shopping gal, but I am! I’ll figure it out and hopefully, I’ll get back to shopping!

Has had some past issues with fake accounts so I didn’t necessarily think it was you pulling a scam. Anyways I checked later and the label worked. It’s packed up and ready to go out in today’s mail

@rubyru19 I have a feeling the shipping address automatically went to the work one with “c/o” information. I think that’s what happened awhile ago. I’ve changed my default shipping to remove the “c/o” and am trying to do on the shipping address attached to my recent orders.
