hnn1115 @msrivera2005 Don’t respond to those comments or email them. That is the most common scam on Poshmark. Completing transactions through the Poshmark app is the safest way for both the seller and buyer. Just flag the comment as spam and move on :)

msrivera2005 @jscholz79 hello, looking for some advice! I’m getting a lot of likes and buys from users that don’t have any listings! I actually shipped a package and the buyer claims he never received it 😞 when it was indeed the correct address. Now he’s disabled the message option so I can’t message him anymore. I’m out of a great pair of shoes and money😮‍💨. Any suggestions? I’m ready to close my closet. how do you avoid being scammed? Thanks for any help or advice.

jscholz79 @msrivera2005 hello❤️ First so sorry that happened to you;-( I get orders from people with no listings all the time so I think that’s common but as far as you not being able to message and they saying they never received there items isn’t good. Have you contacted support?

jscholz79 It should automatically release your funds after 3 days if showed has been delivered. I have had a time when support refunded me and the buyer our money so I would definitely contact them if haven’t and let them know what’s going on. Wish I could offer some more help and praying it works out for you so you at least receive your $ or item back❤️❤️ Let me know if can do anything else. Have a great rest of weekend.
