dlphnaloha @mac20148 the other person pays for shipping, however if you send them a offer you give a $1.49 discount. So its better to price your items higher to allow for that. Look up other peoples items that match yours, say you have a j crew top, well look on poshmark n see what other people are selling theres for and you want to come close or match it

dlphnaloha @mac20148 same price range.you want to take into consideration if the item ia brand new with tags, has any tears, or the conditon of it. I watch alot of YouTube videos, my favorite is thriftyflamingo and empty hanger. They both teach you soo much.

I will spread the word about the bad news about your health so that you may receive more sales and support this summer🌻🐳🌴😉 I do believe many poshers are on the same boat, using earnings for healthcare because our universal healthcare system has failed many of us. also, not sure if this is due to a word limit issue, but you wrote healthcare you NED instead of NEED. Alternatively, I think you can raise funds on indygogo, patreon, etc. Best of luck to you❣

katana_usa @liledeglace thank you and thank you. I really appreciate you. I am ovarian cancer survivor and NED meant ' no evidence of disease' since my chemotherapy ended. I want people to buy stuff from my closet for their needs and likes. I do not want them to take pitty on me 😔

liledeglace @mac20148 oh, awesome, so you're in remission! I get that you don't want pity but regardless, thank you for sharing your survival story and experience with chemo. I studied breast&ovarian cancer for many years but resigned from the job to refocus on my education. the genetics of cancer was getting a bit too depressing for me.

liledeglace I have a few relatives who died of cancer very young and unexpectedly in China so to make myself feel better about that, I tell myself that only 10% of cancers are genetic and 90% is environmental. although ovarian cancer one of the rare ones, so I'm proud of you making it to NED status! you are a trooper! great job on making it this far over the hurdles, which I'm sure was no easy feat!

katana_usa @liledeglace thank you. it was very encouraging. for sure, we need a better healthcare. it's not only about treatment, which is very expensive itself with deductibles and copays but also there should be a safety net for job security to pay other bills. This disease itself is very destructive and life changing, at least for me.

liledeglace @mac20148 oh, I don't doubt it! it's very important that our researchers continue to take genetic information seriously and find the cure to this deadly beast. family screening, genetic screening, prophylactic treatment and surgeries like what the Jolie-Pitts were going through several years ago all cost money.

liledeglace You however, have exquisite tastes, so I will keep sharing your closet! I'm sure the jewelry will go quickly because they can fit most people. The shoes are so pretty too, but a little more difficult to sell, in my experience.

liledeglace Most people prefer to know the name&model so they can just go zappos and buy brand new. Can't wait to come back&congratulate you once the who closet clears out. Then maybe that can be a nice rainy day fund or vacation package, in light of all the stressful treatments you've received from your oncologist.

eng827 @katana_usa I understand, I work in a cancer center & I see what the patients & their families go through. I can tell you It is definitely a blessing beating the disease. FYI, there are also counselors that you can reach out too. Meditation & support groups as well. Stay focused & positive & you will get through! 😊
