I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the shipping costs but POSHMARK controls those prices with a few options and that's it. also anytime a seller discounts shipping to you it does come out of their profits. hope this helps you in the future.

I’m going through my records, and see that you opened a case on a Coldwater Creek jacket you purchased from me a few months ago, and for which you received a refund.
