Hello, my wife had to get emergency surgery. She tried explaining to me now to send a message to her buyers but I was having a hard time figuring this app out. She will be out on Saturday. She said if buyers can’t wait, to go ahead and cancel their order which I have no idea how to do but I will check on YouTube. You bought the Zara pants from her. She is so sorry for the unconvinced, we are just glad she is doing better.

@72mmr hello sorry for the inconvenience I had to go ahead and cancel your Zara pants order. My surgery had some complications and I am still stuck in the hospital. I have asked my sister to help me out ship my sales out but she can’t seem to find these pants even though I have a number system for my inventory. Im sorry

@72mmr oh that’s unfortunate! Posh did just set up a new re-sell tool that allows you to “relish” an item without having to make a new listing. I haven’t done it yet but I think it’s in the seller tools tab? Also the more you’re able to share your listings and others, the more exposure you’ll get and the more likely someone will see your item and purchase :) Hope this helps :)
