makcbrady6 @wmsamart hi there! That’s interesting. I was sure they were a 9.5. I actually purchased them on Poshmark and the listing also says 9.5 (I just checked again), so if they are the incorrect size it wasn’t intentional. Unfortunately I believe you’ll have to go through the appropriate Poshmark channels/customer service.
