@barriebailey I know! They have not been able to help me as they keep asking me for screenshots and then I send and don't hear back. I've tried deleting, reinstalling, buying on my HP desktop, iPad, etc. but no luck. I may just need to find another site to sell and buy b/c it's unfortunate.

@barriebailey no I've purchased two items fine the first week I joined. Then when I went to purchase something else I get an error message "Unable to Create Offer. Please Try again later." Then when I go to buy, I get something similar. Same messages on all devices and iOS!

@amomahill24 That is the WEIRDEST!!! Not that you should have to do this but have you tried to create a new account? I think you may have to enter a new email address so if you do decide to go that route, change this email address to whatever you don't use then create a new account with whatever you do.

@barriebailey thanks Barrie! I created a new account and it worked so I can at least buy/make offer but I really don't want to have to rebuild everything and my network now because I sold something and I got a good a rating. I'll lose all of that!

@amomahill24 TERRIFIC! Email Manish. He may not be able to help but at least he should get back to you within 24 hours. As far as losing your rating if you do have to switch accounts, at least it's only 1. You'll get plenty more soon and with your new account, in your MYP listing, you can reference this account

@amomahill24 nonono you should bug him about it. Especially if it's been happening for 2 weeks. And if you had to make another account which worked fine. These are the exact issues with the app that he wants to hear about.

@barriebailey you're right! I got another email today telling me I have a buyers hold which is crazy that it took multiple ppl to email me and now ask for information when I've already spent over 1k on this site and sold. I'm going to copy the CEO now because he needs to know what's going on.

@amomahill24 To me it's just seems crazy. Because if this is happening to you, how many other buyers is this must be happening to??? And unlike you, they probably just would give up and shop elsewhere! Like perhaps even you, had I not randomly reached out. It's just absurd that this 5 year app should be having this type of problem

@barriebailey yes, agreed! Thanks to you I copied the CEO and also found that it's not related to my device but my account, hence the hold. You would think after spending 1k they would not put a hold on my account but rather give me some credits!

@barriebailey yup! As soon as I copied the CEO I went online the next morning and was finally able to click buy/offer without an issue. The Customer Service didn't even email yet. I got a minimal credit but better than nothing
