batthriftcrazy @ringleader6 So sorry, I misunderstood. I am not sure there is much that you can do. To the best of my knowledge, there is no way that PM can make the seller ship the item. I do know that the seller would have received an email from PM telling them to ship the item when it got close to 7 days. After 7 days, I believe you can cancel the sale. It may be that the seller is not very active. So sorry this happened to you. It must be very frustrating. Joanne

Since PM doesn't employ seller, there is not much they can do, short of sending a reminder email to ship the item, which I would bet they have already done. :-) Joanne
