mariajulyqueen I feel terrible that you claim myTory Birch booties weren’t packaged correctly that they were worn! my hand on Bible they were never worn except tried on down in my workshop! you paid what you would’ve paid in tax for these boots out of the store. If you want perfection go buy for nearly $1000 I have fantastic ratings and I care very much about my merchandise and my customers. I watched my assistant wrap each boot with tissue paper on top maybe they were knocked around in the delivery.
