lebronjamez Hi, the watch you purchased from my closet yesterday seems to not be working. It is an automatic so it normally stops ticking once it has been idle for a certain period of time, and I have not worn it in months so I did not notice it had stopped. It could just need to be rewound or reset but I’m not sure. If you no longer want the item let me know.

matmom04 Hello, I got my order today. Thank you very much for the cute lil girl! Love her. The Harry Potter doll was broken. The head is off the body. I tried to see if it snapped together, but it doesn’t. I’m pretty new here and don’t know what policy is for this. I went to customer support asking how to handle this. It’s not a big deal ~ just didn’t know what to do.
