lyonessdiva Hi! Checking in....I’m assuming the shoes haven’t arrived? :( My guess is internal theft at the post office. I notified Poshmark and the post office immediately about the concern. Poshmark said if they don’t show up by the 14th for me to let them know. I really wanted you to have these heels and it’s really a bummer that they came up missing?!

maaike_tv I know, same here... I'm pretty new here and have made some purchases, and they all arrived fine. Our package status is still on 'Pending shipment scan' so that seems to point in direction of the post office where the package is supposed to be sent from. Would it be feasible for you to check at the post office where you left the package what could possibly have happened to it ? I suppose you didn't get some kind of a tracking number either for them to look it up either that way ? Thanks

maaike_tv Mmm, and if it doesn't resurface and we need to call it MIA, how can we go about settling and finalizing the transaction. Do you reckon I should mark it as 'not received' or something ? Perhaps we'll just wait it out for another couple of days, but I get this itchy feeling that this will not get back on track I'm afraid....

lyonessdiva @maaike_tv I have made multiple calls to the post office and they said they don’t see it?! My best guess is internal theft at the post office? :/ Yes you definitely won’t get charged. When I filed the claim with Poshmark they said to let them know by the 14th if it still hasn’t shown up. I will send them an email tomorrow and then they will credit you. You can go ahead and select the item not received button as well.
